Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Text: As Fabay Turizm Yatırımları İnşaat İmalat Anonim Şirketi (“FABAY”), we have prepared this Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Text to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic messages and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communication Law No. 5809, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), and relevant legislation.
In this context, your contact information shared through the electronic forms on the FABAY website, if you give your consent, will be processed for marketing communication purposes, including conducting marketing activities, planning and executing marketing processes, and performing marketing analysis studies; for sending commercial electronic messages such as services, promotions, announcements, events, advertisements, etc., through channels you have consented to, including social media accounts, SMS, and email, in accordance with Article 6 of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, which stipulates the condition for commercial electronic message consent, and based on the legal ground of explicit consent as per Article 5, paragraph 1, of the KVKK. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time; if you withdraw your consent for sending electronic commercial messages, it will be considered that you have withdrawn your explicit consent. Your personal data will be used directly by FABAY or through its data processors and will be shared with FABAY’s business partners and suppliers in line with the realization of the stated purposes. You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK through the channels specified in the Disclosure Text, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.”
