As Fabay Turizm Yatırımları İnşaat İmalat A.Ş., we demonstrate utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this understanding, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with our company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with Law No. 6998 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). In line with this responsibility, as a ‘data controller’ defined in Article 3 of the KVKK, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits mandated by legislation.
1- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data (such as name, surname, date of birth, identity and passport information, work, home and mobile phone numbers, email address, gender, address, profession, education, marital status, vehicle license plate, accommodation, credit card, spending and flight information, shopping information, invoice information, consumption preferences, etc.) are processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and Personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 6.
2- PURPOSES AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, group companies, legally authorized public institutions, state security units, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for purposes such as carrying out necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, providing products and services, establishing communication regarding the product and service you have received/will receive, customizing and recommending products and services to you based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs, offering products/services (for use in marketing activities), ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and individuals in a relationship with our company, and determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies.
3- METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is acquired through any verbal, written, or electronic means by our company for the purposes stated above, to provide the products and services within the determined legal framework, and to ensure that our company fully and accurately fulfills its contractual and legal responsibilities in this context. The personal data collected on this legal basis can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
4- RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT
As a personal data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you must submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights mentioned above to our company ‘in writing’ or by ‘other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board’. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not yet determined any other method at this stage, you must submit your application to our company in writing as per the KVKK. In this context, the channels and procedures for submitting your written applications to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK are explained below. To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can personally deliver a signed copy of the Application Form, containing your identity-confirming information and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise among those specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, to ‘Fabay Turizm Yatırımları İnşaat İmalat A.Ş., Saray Mah.
